Golf lessons

12 x 30 minute individual lessons (on production of one voucher per lesson).  6 x one hour monthly group lessons arranged in Spring and Summer.

Golfing rights

Mid-week any time (subject to tee reservations etc) plus Sundays after specified times * BUT SUBJECT TO satisfactory assessment of playing ability and knowledge of golf etiquette by the lead Academy professional.
On each and every occasion a green fee ticket must be purchased BEFOREHAND.

Member’s Guest rate. 

Guests

1 at any one time.  A non-member may only play 4 times per year as a guest of any one member and 8 times in total.

Entrance requirements

Membership is aimed at beginners to golf.  Playing ability of all applicants will be assessed initially.  Capable applicants may be offered golf membership instead subject to satisfying the Club’s normal entrance requirements. Each Academy members playing ability will be assessed by the golf professional team at the end of each year, and any members reaching the required levels of capability will become eligible to apply for golf membership.  An Academy member may apply for golf membership at any time once required level of capability has been attained, subject to the Club's availability at that time.
